Who is this Course For?
Managers of others from department heads to executive committee.
What do they get?
Participants leave the course with practical skills and tools to lead teams, build engagement, inspire ownership, and coach rising talent.
How does it work?
Participants enroll as a group (minimum of 10, no maximum). and normally a cross-functional cohort. The group progresses together, learning and practicing leadership skills, and supporting one another through a peer coaching model using our Trio Model --while building trust and engagement on the way.
Each cohort gets 3-5 live virtual coaching sessions with Chris Baer throughout the program.
What is the Commitment?
About 4 hours per month. The time includes watching short video content, practicing new skills on the job, participating in Trio peer coaching, and live virtual sessions led by the program coach.
What is a Trio?
Trios are peer coaching groups comprised of 3-4 colleagues who learn coaching skills in the program and support one another's accountability and growth.
