The Coaching Process
It starts with a conversation.
The leader, the coach and stakeholders discuss the growth opportunity and gauge the fit for the leader's goals. Once an engagement is established, the coach works with the leader to:
1. Conduct or review any assessments and stakeholder feedback
2. Capture the leader's desired goals and outcomes for the engagement
3. Establish a cadence of coaching sessions
4. Co-create the practices that lead to desired outcomes
5. Measure and track progress
