Who is this Course For?

Executive Committee, Senior Leadership, Department Heads, Managers of Others

 

What do they get?

Participants leave the course with practical skills and tools to lead teams, build engagement, inspire ownership, coach and influence outcomes.

 

How does it work?

Participants can enroll individually, or as a group, into a cohort of leader. The group progresses together, learning and practicing leadership skills, and supporting one another through a peer coaching model, while building trust and engagement on the way.

Each cohort participates in up to 4 live virtual coaching sessions with Chris Baer throughout the program.

 

What is the Commitment?

About 3 hours per month over 3 months. The time includes watching short video content, practicing new skills on the job, participating in peer coaching, and live virtual sessions led by the program coach.

 

What is TRIO Peer Coaching?

Mandala Institute's TRIO peer coaching format is the backbone of our learning experience. TRIOs are sub-groups of three participants in each program cohort who learn peer coaching skills for connection, self-reflection, accountability. The result is typically better cross-organization trust, collaboration, and performance.

Who is this Course For?

Graduates of Esteem Leadership Accelerator.

 

What do they get?

Participants receive targeted monthly learning and skill development over the course of a year. The program helps leaders develop authentic strengths to lead teams, build engagement, inspire ownership, and coach rising talent delivered through short videos, targeted tools and monthly live team coaching.

 

How does it work?

Participants enroll as a group after completing the Esteem program. The group progresses together, learning and practicing leadership skills, and supporting one another through a peer coaching model using our TRIO model, while building trust and engagement on the way.

Each cohort gets a monthly live virtual coaching sessions with Chris Baer or an expert Mandala facilitator throughout the program.

 

What is the Commitment?
