The program format uses the Trio peer learning group method to create accountability and ownership of results. That combined with online learning and tools help to embed learning, build engagement, and put personal insights directly into action.

• Courses are cohort-driven and combine leaders of various backgrounds together
• Skill content is delivered as short videos that introduce a concept and a practice that can be incorporated in day-to-day work for immediate impact
• Trio peer practice allows for coaching and a safe place to practice, be vulnerable, and learn
• Tools and frameworks that support skill development propel personal growth and can be incorporated into the organization as well.
